How we work

A clear path from first conversation to scorecard briefing — shaped for import-export operations in Thailand.

  1. 1. Brief intake

You share priority lanes, commodity mix, and the questions your managers keep asking. We confirm whether an assessment, corridor review, or briefing cycle fits.

  2. 2. Sample collection

We request recent bills of lading, air waybills, warehouse receipts, and contact points at forwarders or agents. Incomplete files are noted rather than forced into false certainty.

  3. 3. Milestone mapping

Each corridor gets a named milestone chain. We mark where timestamps arrive late, conflict, or never appear — including customs and inland handoffs.

  4. 4. Scorecard and exceptions

Findings land in a lane scorecard and an exception summary your operations lead can circulate. Visual charts support the narrative; they do not replace it.

  5. 5. Briefing and next steps

We present in Bangkok or remotely, agree follow-ups, and — if useful — set a retainer for exception briefings through the next peak season.
