Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create remain the property of Sparklatticebase Co., Ltd. unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission. Client data you provide remains yours; we use it only to deliver the engagement.

Accuracy

Visibility findings depend on documents and partner information available during the engagement. We do not warrant that carrier or customs systems are complete. Deliverables reflect analysis of the materials supplied.

Liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
